As a soloist and chamber musician Mr. Fort has performed in the U.S. and Europe. In 1996 he performed throughout Italy and Switzerland. Concerts included the Cathedral of Siena, in Siena, Italy and the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul, Andermatt, Switzerland.
As a jazz guitarist he performed for three years with the North Carolina School of the Arts Jazz Ensemble where he performed with such jazz greats as pianist Hal Galper.
Mr. Fort holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the North Carolina School of the Arts, in Winston-Salem.
His repertoire inlcudes music from the Renaissance to the Twentieth Century from all over the world. Mr. Fort currently resides in Columbia, SC where he teaches music at The Montessori Early Learning Center & School of the Arts, Montessori School of St. Andrews & Hammond School.
